Over the past week, some readers have encountered a known error code that causes Sticky Notes to be minimized to the taskbar. This problem occurs for many reasons. We will discuss this below.
Navigate to the Sticky Notes icon in the taskbar, let alone right-click it. In the wording menu, click Hide All Notes. All notes are lowered. To open them again, right-click on the current icon in the application tray and, accordingly, select “Show all notes” in each menu.

~TLDR~ The easiest way to use this is a third bash application that uses the same technique, but offers minimization of the board as a feature, as there are several more functions to choose from. Continue
seriously, with TLDR’s answer ^^^ My workaround below made me realize how much I despise exactly the one that doesn’t have an existing function lol
Many users have requested this feature. 2013 and earlier related versions, with windows as shown here and also here. You don’t feel obligated to enable this feature or create an app that offers the most functionality. These good reasons may be reasonable for some and crazy for others, but now we are all the same.
However, in addition to downloading a third party program (which is probably TBH’s best solution), I can suggest a workaround that provides similar benefits, but all, not to some extent, because the icon is on The taskbar seems to be enabled. on the taskbar, although it’s not actually a container icon, but only visible on the taskbar.
For me personally, and I think for many of us, the main reason we want the panel to be displayed as taskbar images rather than taskbar windows is because of the large number of related tabs that make up our own taskbar and take up space. or a room, if at some point we come across a lot of complex notes.
Someone might suggest visiting the taskbar slots and changing the Merge Taskbar Buttons option to Always Hide Shortcuts, but many of us don’t want that! Since my wife and I love seeing signatures in our browser windows, we really wish Sticky Notes would stop taking up so much space in the browser! taskbar Am I right?
Well, this will cost the public some of the features, but let’s just settle on what you would normally expect from a feature, like minimizing the taskbar instead of customizing the taskbar:
The icon on the taskbar that, when left-clicked or The right mouse button prompts you for the next action or execution, which is displayed in a small context menu at the top…
To show/hide all your notes (with the special effect of re-displaying them as you left them on the desktop)
To add a new note
To completely close all programs/applications
When it is active or displays a redirect, it does not take up space on the main taskbar
Where my workaround provides the same benefits (with different caveats), except for the following benefits:
Take does not move to the top of the taskbar when it is active or showing notes
But obviously you need to “hide all notes” to remove child elements (mostly) from some of the space they take up on your awesome taskbar, and it would be nonsensical to say you want comments to remain visible on your table. without moving the taskbar space up (it’s kind of basic if the slot you want to use it topanel as methods, not as taskbar item)
When Cane Notes is displayed, right-click the taskbar tab and select “Pin to taskbar”
When the notes are closed or when the checkboxes are merged, move the pinned star to the far left, or to the left of another pinned app that you normally have multiple windows open (like cross or browser). But while most people want it closer to the taskbar, there’s a reason I wouldn’t recommend placing it more efficiently than your last pinned taskbar solution, because you’d have to stitch windows to use Close Every separate Windows function. button
